Job Description

As the Associate Global Innovation Lead- Liquid I.V. (International), you will play a central role in bringing Liquid I.V.'s international innovation pipeline to life. You will own specific innovation workstreams end-to-end while providing executional and coordination support across the broader global pipeline. This is a hands-on role that sits at the intersection of brand, commercial, and cross-functional delivery, ideal for someone early in their career who is ready to move fast, work globally, and take genuine ownership from day one.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the administration and coordination of the global innovation and market expansion pipeline, ensuring stage-gate processes run on time and to standard
  • Maintain and update global pipeline trackers, business case templates, and gate documentation across all active projects
  • Coordinate inputs from local brand teams and cross-functional partners (R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, PMO) to support consolidated global business cases
  • Prepare materials and briefing documents for senior stakeholder presentations at each gate
  • Serve as project lead for the international expansion of key projects, managing timelines, cross-functional coordination, and milestone tracking across R&D, Regulatory, and Supply Chain
  • Lead day-to-day delivery & execution of strategic roadmap and innovation pipeline , coordinating across relevant functions and markets to maintain momentum and flag risks early
  • Partner with the Senior Innovation Manager to define project scope, success metrics, and go/no-go criteria for each workstream
  • Act as the connective tissue across R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Legal, and Finance, scheduling, tracking actions, and ensuring workstreams do not stall between functions
  • Own project documentation including timelines, RAID logs, and decision registers for all active initiatives
  • Proactively identify blockers and escalate to the Senior Innovation Manager with a recommended path forward
  • Support the development and maintenance of global business cases, including market sizing, P&L assumptions, and pricing inputs provided by local teams
  • Conduct competitive monitoring and landscape analysis to inform innovation decisions and identify whitespace opportunities
  • Compile and synthesize local market inputs into consolidated global reporting for senior stakeholders
  • Support consumer research and testing activities, coordinating logistics, agency briefing, and results synthesis
  • Assist with artwork, claims, and messaging localization in partnership with R&D, Regulatory, and Legal, ensuring projects stay on schedule

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or similar)
  • 2–4+ years of experience in marketing, innovation, brand management, or a related commercial function
  • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Clear, confident communicator — written and verbal — with the ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones
  • Commercially curious: able to read a P&L, interpret market data, and connect the dots between consumer insight and commercial opportunity
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through without waiting to be told twice
  • Comfortable working across functions and influencing without direct authority
  • Genuine interest in health, wellbeing, and consumer-loved brands

Nice to have

  • Experience in an FMCG, CPG, or consumer health environment
  • Exposure to stage-gate or decision board innovation processes
  • Experience working with or alongside international markets
  • Familiarity with Amazon or DTC innovation models
