As our new Associate Geotechnical Engineer, you’ll be a vital part of the Ground and Underground Engineering team who are changing the way we design and deliver major works to be carbon neutral and sustainable.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leadership of the Ground and Underground Engineering (GUGE) team in Perth
  • Setting the highest standard for technical capability and eminence within the Perth Geotechnical team
  • Engage with clients, provide proposal responses and business development activities
  • Management and delivery of a variety of projects that are significant in size and regarded as prestigious
  • Implementation of the strategy for the Perth Geotechnical team
  • Championing digital solutions and working with our digital leaders
  • Collaborate with our Geotechnical teams across the business, to give opportunities for people to work on projects that best suit their skills and career goals

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in either Geotechnical Engineering, Tunnel Engineering or Pavement Engineering and leadership of people within a Consultancy or Construction Environment
  • Prior experience in delivery of major and/or complex design projects to key clients
  • Able to liaise across multidisciplinary teams
  • A genuine passion for re-imagining problems and continuous learning
