Associate General Counsel

NetBox Labs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate General Counsel to join our growing legal team. You will be the foundational in-house attorney, establishing the legal function from the ground up while driving commercial excellence across the organization. In this role, you'll own commercial contracting end-to-end while building scalable legal infrastructure across all areas of the business - from corporate governance and IP to employment law and compliance. You'll build and lead the legal team as the company scales. You'll partner closely with our Chief Operating Officer and cross-functional leaders to balance velocity with risk management, implementing pragmatic legal processes that enable growth.
