We are on the hunt for three enthusiastic Associate Full Stack Engineers to join a massive Trade Finance initiative at a Tier 1 Australian Bank. Based in the heart of the Sydney CBD with a flexible hybrid WFH model, this is your chance to write clean code, tinker with AI, and build a lasting career! This is a 12-month engagement with a very high likelihood of ongoing extensions or even a permanent transition down the line.

Job Responsibility

  • Diving into the bank's Trade Finance domain
  • Working across an ecosystem of 11 different product sets
  • Collaborating with a sharp, supportive team to build, optimize, and maintain critical applications that power global trade

Requirements

  • 3-5 Years of Experience
  • Core Languages: Solid experience in Java OR Python
  • AI Enthusiast: Some exposure to AI or analytics tools
  • Communication: Brilliant soft skills
  • Working Rights: Must have full working rights in Australia
  • To be eligible for permanent transition pathway: Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

Nice to have

  • Exposure to COBOL (mainframe)
