We are looking for an Associate FP&A Analyst to focus on budgeting, cost optimization, and reporting for Bolt Drive. This role involves partnering with business analytics, local operations, and financial planning teams to enhance financial accuracy, efficiency, and strategic decision-making for our car-sharing business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in developing and managing budgets, including scenario modeling and variance analyses, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Profitability Optimization: Analyze financial and operational data to identify opportunities for revenue growth and margin improvements. Provide actionable recommendations and push their implementation to enhance overall profitability and return on investment
  • Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely reports, focusing on key financial and operational metrics and insights into their main drivers
  • Reporting Enhancements: Work closely with data and financial control teams to improve reporting frameworks, ensuring data consistency and accuracy across markets
  • Automation: Lead initiatives to automate reporting processes and enhance efficiency using tools such as scripting solutions or connections to Looker
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including operations and finance, to support strategic and operational decisions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or business control
  • advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including financial modeling and report automation
  • strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • fluent in English
