Associate Fire Engineer

• Lead the development of fire engineering strategies for a variety of building types
• Oversee and contribute to CFD modelling, evacuation analysis, and smoke control design
• Manage client relationships, acting as a trusted technical advisor
• Guide and mentor junior team members, supporting their professional growth
• Prepare, review, and approve high-quality technical reports and documentation
• Ensure all projects meet legal, safety, and quality standards

• Degree in Fire Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
• Strong technical expertise in fire safety design and relevant UK legislation
• Proven track record managing fire engineering projects from concept to completion
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience mentoring and developing junior engineers
• Chartered Engineer status (CEng) or working towards it is desirable
