Job Description:

A prestigious opportunity for a talented Associate Fire Engineer to join a leading multinational consultancy with career progression and project variety.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee a portfolio of fire consultancy projects
manage delivery, client relationships, and team performance
decision-making and mentoring responsibilities
project management and cost control
construction coordination
support strategic fire safety growth plans through technical leadership and pragmatic engineering solutions
provide guidance on legislation
liaise with authorities
deliver training to clients and team members

Requirements:

Level 5 qualification or above in a Fire-related discipline
ideally Chartered, working towards, or currently applying
excellent knowledge of UK fire safety legislation
IFE or IFSM membership
experience managing projects, clients, and junior staff
able to lead on-site inspections and produce fire safety strategies
commercial awareness and strong communication skills
demonstrated mentoring experience with emotional intelligence and patience
risk-based thinker with the creativity to find feasible, cost-effective solutions
