Job Description

In this role, you’ll support a portfolio of Financial Services customers, including banks, national law firms and mortgage processing providers, using the PEXA Exchange. Your day will involve acting as a trusted point of contact for customers, providing operational guidance, resolving issues, and supporting platform adoption. You’ll also contribute to complex change initiatives such as bank mergers and acquisitions, coordinating timelines, risks, dependencies and stakeholder communications. Alongside project work, you’ll deliver business-as-usual operational support, assist with onboarding activities, maintain accurate documentation, and help develop training materials and customer guidance. Continuous improvement and adherence to PEXA’s risk and governance frameworks are central to everything you do.

Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • Experience supporting customers within financial services or regulated environments
  • Demonstrated project coordination or project management experience
  • Hands-on experience using the PEXA Exchange
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and customer outcomes
