Job Responsibility:
Partner with advisors and client service teams to deliver a high-touch client experience
Support financial planning, portfolio reviews, meeting preparation, and ongoing client communication
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive service and responsiveness
Coordinate with internal teams and outside professionals to support client needs and resolve requests
Participate in client meetings and support business development initiatives
Track client activity, maintain CRM records, and ensure timely follow-up
Assist with operational improvements and special projects as needed
Requirements:
7+ years of wealth management or related financial services experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Series 65 and/or CFP designation preferred
Experience with financial planning tools such as eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, or NaviPlan
Strong understanding of financial planning, investments, tax, and estate planning concepts
