YipitData is in a high-growth phase, rapidly scaling our retail and brands business. As we continue to build our brand and deepen our relationships with top-tier firms, our marketing team is critical in accelerating demand, positioning our expertise, and driving strategic engagement with key decision-makers. This role sits on our Corporate Marketing – Retail & Brands team and reports to the Senior Marketing Manager. The position is US-based (remote or hybrid). We’re looking for an Associate Field Marketing Manager to help execute and scale our field marketing efforts. This is a hands-on role for someone early in their career who is excited to own programs end-to-end, experiment with new ideas, and work closely with sales and leadership to bring high-impact initiatives to life. You’ll own a mix of tradeshows, executive-focused events (including speaking sponsorships), bespoke executive experiences, hosted events, sponsorships, and online webinars. These programs support retailers and brands across sectors, including beauty, home improvement, retail, pets, toys & games, apparel, electronics, and personal care.
Job Responsibility:
Own event execution end-to-end, including: Tradeshows (planning, logistics, booth strategy, and partnering with sales on outreach and follow-up)
Executive-focused events, including speaking sponsorships and leadership-level engagements
Bespoke events such as executive dinners and white-glove experiences
Company-hosted events across multiple sectors and geographies
Online webinars and virtual programs
Manage all aspects of events and programs, including planning, timelines, vendor management, budgeting, promotion, execution, and follow-up
Partner closely with sales to align on goals, target accounts, outreach plans, and post-event engagement
Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership on event content, messaging, and insights
Use Marketo and Salesforce to manage campaigns, track performance, and measure impact across engagement, leads, and pipeline
Conduct research to identify new events, sponsorships, and creative ways to make our participation stand out
Maintain clear documentation, learnings, and best practices to support future programs
Contribute ideas and take initiative as part of a small, growing marketing team
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or a related role
Experience owning or supporting events from planning through execution
Working knowledge of Marketo and Salesforce
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working cross-functionally, including with senior leadership
Data-savvy, with an interest in understanding and measuring program impact
Willingness to travel occasionally for events
Nice to have:
Experience in one or more of the following industries: beauty, home improvement, retail, pets, toys & games, apparel, electronics, or personal care
Experience supporting executive-level or white-glove events
Experience running or supporting webinars and virtual programming
