Job Responsibility

Oversee processes and set strategies to find, qualify, and onboard electrical, civil, structural, and roofing contractors throughout the United States. Establish strong relationships. Advise team on contractor onboarding and relationship building
Inform Construction team leadership of available contractors by region and project type
Support the upkeep of existing contractor relationships. Resolve disputes if they arise
Report on contractor KPIs. Construct metrics and analyze data to assess contractor quality levels. Receive Construction and O&M feedback to quantify and qualify contractor capabilities
Establish a quality control process for new EPC estimates
Drive feedback loop between Construction, Contractor Relations, and Estimating. Use historical cost data to redirect estimating methodologies
Ensure team is awarding projects based on a balance of low cost, award diversification, and contractor capabilities. Build and maintain scope of work template library
Safeguard against delays in achieving estimating and bidding deadlines
Work closely with the Procurement team to ensure estimates utilize the latest material cost data and projections
Frequently report performance against KPIs to leadership team
