The Associate eCommerce Merchandising Specialist supports the digital buying and merchandising functions to help drive sales, conversion, and product accuracy on the brand’s website. This role is highly tactical and execution‑focused, ensuring products are properly set up, in stock, merchandised effectively, and optimized for the best possible online consumer experience. The role partners with buying, planning, site merchandising, customer service, and marketing teams to maintain day‑to‑day site operations, monitor inventory levels, track style performance, and support promotional and seasonal site refreshes.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with weekly sell‑through reporting and track performance of key eCommerce items
Partner with planning and licensed partners to track inbound inventory and ensure timely delivery
Identify low‑inventory and end‑of‑lifestyles
support the transition of products to sale/hash pages as needed
Own and execute the product/style setup process, including item creation, data accuracy, and tracking
Ensure all live products have correct imagery, copy, attributes, categorization, sizing, and pricing
Execute category updates, collection pages, and promotional placements
Support daily site QA: monitor for broken links, missing images, incorrect content, or presentation issues and escalate for fixes
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in eCommerce operations, site merchandising, or buying support
Working knowledge of eCommerce platforms, CMS tools, and product data systems
Intermediate Excel skills and comfort working with reports and datasets
Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Consumer‑first mindset and passion for improving the online shopping experience
Basic understanding of merchandising, inventory flow, and promotional mechanics
