The Young Professionals Program As an Associate Consultant, you will be an integral part of the HSO International Young Professionals Program, which is designed to provide comprehensive training and support. This initiative offers a unique opportunity to explore IT and business applications consultancy, propelling your career forward from the outset. The program kicks off with a 2-month classroom training session focusing on mastering the fundamentals of D365 ERP. Following this, you will dive into your first project, guided by a seasoned Senior Consultant who will be your Mentor. This hands-on experience will challenge you to implement innovative solutions for our clients. But the learning journey does not stop there. Alongside practical experience, you will engage in monthly training sessions with fellow Associate Consultants at HSO International, fostering the development of both technical skillsets and essential soft skills, all while striving to achieve ambitious quarterly objectives. Furthermore, team building activities are woven into the fabric of our Young Professionals Program, ensuring a supportive and enjoyable atmosphere where bonds are forged outside the office. As your experience grows, so too will your autonomy. Spanning three years, the program entails two years of intensive training and mentorship followed by a year of increasingly independent work. Upon completion of the initial two-year phase, you will graduate from the Young Professionals Program, transitioning into the role of a Medior D365 Consultant for your final year.

  • Deliver all consultancy according to the HSO Project Methodology, ensuring that all software applications are implemented successfully according to the project plan
  • Measure customer expectations of business knowledge, skills and behavior
  • Identify business/project risk and mitigate or communicate as necessary
  • Communicate progress updates to relevant parties both formally and informally

Requirements

  • You are a recent Master's Graduate
  • Preferably 1+ years of work experience
  • You are ambitious and eager to learn
  • You can relocate to the Netherlands if you don't already live here
  • You are fluent in spoken and written English
