Job Description:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director to join a growing project management consultancy based in Leeds. This forward-thinking business is seeking an experienced Associate Director who can not only lead the delivery of major projects but also bring a strong network of client contacts. The role offers a clear pathway to leading the entire project management team in the near future.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the delivery of major projects
Work closely with senior stakeholders
Lead project teams
Ensure client satisfaction from inception through to completion
Develop new business through professional network
Expand existing client relationships
Support and eventually lead a growing team of project managers
Provide mentorship and technical guidance
Contribute strategic input into the future of the business

Requirements:

Degree qualified in a construction-related discipline
Chartered (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or equivalent)
Strong track record in project delivery across multiple sectors
Proven ability to bring or generate new business through professional networks
Confident managing multiple stakeholders and project teams

Nice to have:

Previous experience leading or mentoring junior team members is desirable
