Job Description:

Join a prominent financial institution with a strong regional presence in Hong Kong. This firm offers comprehensive financial solutions and a dynamic growth-oriented environment for experienced professionals. As an Associate Director in Business Development, the role focuses on client acquisitions, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships across APAC.

Job Responsibility:

Contribute significantly to new client acquisitions and drive revenue growth in APAC
Develop a strong pipeline of profitable opportunities
Align solutions to clients' needs across diverse fund types
Locate and identify potential clients
Develop and execute business development growth strategies
Collaborate with senior management to stay abreast of new products and market trends
Undertake strategic market outreach programs
Cultivate a robust network of third-party influencers and business contacts
Build, manage, and progress new business opportunities

Requirements:

7+ years of relevant experience in fund, financial solutions, and corporate solutions
Ideally, experience with an established fund administrator, financial service provider, asset management firm, or securities services provider
Proven experience in a client services or relationship management function
Strong verbal and written Mandarin & English skills are essential
Working experience with a Chinese background company is a plus
