This senior position is ideal for a Chartered Quantity Surveyor looking to step into strategic leadership across high-profile projects and wider business operations. As an Associate Director, you’ll oversee the commercial performance of key commissions, lead project teams, and manage senior and intermediate Quantity Surveyors. This role blends project delivery with operational management – from client liaison and fee structures to internal governance and resource planning. Working closely with the senior leadership team, the Associate Director will contribute to strategic decision-making, support team development, and play a visible role in business growth and client engagement.
