• Client Management: Build customer confidence, conduct regular status meetings, negotiate scope changes, study client businesses for digital transformation opportunities, manage escalations, analyze customer feedback
• Project Management: Solutioning Sprints, Identify technical gaps, Sprint planning, Daily Scrum meetings, Track progress, Sprint Reviews/Demo, Sprint Retrospection
• Objective Project Management: Manage budget, actual and forecast data for Schedule, Effort and Cost, Prepare and track project schedule, Monitor work progress and identify threats, Prepare invoice plans and manage project commercials, Prepare timesheets for T&M projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Pre-sales Skills: Work with marketing team to create case studies, Coordinate and prepare project proposals

• 15+ Years experience
• Complete ownership and responsibility of Product Management, Product Engineering and Product Delivery
• Experience in managing multiple accounts within a portfolio
• Excellent objective project management with data point analysis on budget, actual and forecast
• Experience and confidence in client management with good articulation, detailing and negotiation skills
• Capable in coordinating client interactions for product requirement grooming, detailing, development, testing, rollout and release
• Able to drive proposals, presales activities, make commercial decisions, integrate multiple teams
• Experience in Product Management and Product Engineering in Web/Mobile technologies with industry standard engineering practices
• Passionate about going into functional and technical details
• Expertise in handling end to end project delivery in Agile Methodology
• Excellent Project Management skills including Estimation, Scheduling, Tracking, Commercials and Quality
• Experience in managing teams of size > 40
• Experience in leading Agile teams anchoring different ceremonies
• Excellent team management skills
• Adequate technical exposure to understand modern web/mobile application development
• Willingness to Travel to client sites (overseas/domestic) for short – medium duration (1-3 weeks)
