Job Description:

Provides specialized technical and operational support for Human Resources information systems (HRIS) to all levels of the organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Works to resolve user interface issues and recommends steps to prevent recurrences.
  • Determines origin of system malfunctions and works collaboratively with staff and/or vendors to resolve problems.
  • Installs, operates, tests and maintains Human Resources information systems.
  • Manages system resources including capacity, availability, security and recovery in conjunction with Memorial Healthcare System (MHS) IT.
  • Collaborates or serves as a lead on projects to support the overall HR strategy.
  • Manages team to include hiring, performance management, coaching, development and training of all staff to ensure their success.
  • Serves as an internal resource and consultant regarding the functioning and administration of assigned systems.
  • Collaborates on systems strategic planning, analysis, implementation, evaluation, and training initiatives.
