The position will be part of the team that manages the real estate portfolio of leading BFSI GCC client in India and APAC. The resource will engage all stakeholders (internal and external) to manage risk, drive strategies and transactions (existing and future) for the region assigned. As a fully dedicated position, it will aim to not just bring efficiencies in the life cycle of transactions (primarily strategy) but also provide effective planning and control for all aspects of portfolio optimization and support the client in resolution of any potential conflicts with landlords with support from the larger JLL team. In effect, the resource will focus on developing and implementing strategies for the client’s real estate footprint (existing/future) while being responsible for delivering seamless transactions, with the right quality, timeliness and risk-mitigation.

  • Be accountable for the development of, and securing approval for, all types of portfolio strategies
  • Lead and support transactions from the client’s side
  • Continuously manage the client’s real estate portfolio

  • Use knowledge of Location Strategy initiatives to provide oversight
  • Highlight real estate benchmarking data/analysis

Requirements:

  • Post graduate degree
  • 12–14 years of work experience
  • Real estate transaction exposure preferred
  • Ability and experience in establishing deep client connect/relationship management
  • Proven ability to deliver regular out-of-the-box solutions
