Lead competitive intelligence efforts by continuously monitoring competitor actions, market dynamics, and industry trends
Own the evaluation of enterprise business decisions by leading scenario analysis, business case development, and financial impact modeling
Develop forward-looking forecasts and scenario models to anticipate external trends and competitive shifts
Integrate complex data into clear executive-level insights
Leads cross-functional alignment across Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Analytics

Requirements
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business/Business Management or related subject
8-10 years of progressive experience in strategic planning, business analytics, or pricing strategy within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry
Excellent critical reasoning, decision-making and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership, training, written and verbal communication and interpersonal and presentation skills
Proven skills in economics and financial management
Proficient with system skills including Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, etc.
Strategic thinking and strong stakeholder management
Nice to have
Master's degree in Business Management or related subject
Experience with plasma operations management
Progressively more responsible positions in a complex organization and experience working in a regulated environment
Experience planning, organizing, securing and managing project resources
Advanced data modeling, analytic, metric, and reporting skills
