Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business/Business Management or related subject
  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in strategic planning, business analytics, or pricing strategy within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry
  • Excellent critical reasoning, decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership, training, written and verbal communication and interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Proven skills in economics and financial management
  • Proficient with system skills including Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, etc.
  • Strategic thinking and strong stakeholder management
