Job Description:

Associate Director, Software Engineering role in Emerging Technology team developing AI-driven prompt systems for banking services including customer service, fraud detection, and risk management

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI-driven prompt systems for various banking services
Design, develop, and maintain AI prompt algorithms and models to ensure high performance, accuracy, and reliability
Conduct research on the latest AI and machine learning technologies and apply them to improve existing systems
Develop and maintain documentation for AI prompt systems
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of AI prompt systems
Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI prompt systems
Ensure that all AI prompt systems adhere to industry best practices and comply with data privacy regulations
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
advanced degree preferred
Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java
Proven experience in AI and machine learning, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
Experience with natural language processing (NLP) technologies, including LangChain
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex challenges
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
A strong commitment to maintaining data privacy and security standards
