Job Responsibility:

  • Architect and deliver platform solutions that support CI/CD, release orchestration, configuration management, and environment automation
  • Lead the development of internal tools using Python (backend) and React/TypeScript (frontend), and other necessary languages
  • Implement scalable DevOps solutions using GCP, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform, and Ansible
  • Work closely with application teams to identify pain points and build reusable platform capabilities
  • Contribute to the long-term platform roadmap, guiding decisions on architecture, tooling, and best practices
  • Mentor engineers and set engineering standards for platform reliability, scalability, and usability
  • Stay current with industry trends and drive innovation — especially in applying AI to developer platforms and DevOps workflows

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of software engineering experience, with significant time spent in DevOps, infrastructure, or platform engineering roles
  • Proven experience designing and building internal platforms, developer tooling, or CI/CD pipelines at scale
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with hands-on experience in building modern web applications using React/TypeScript
  • Expertise in cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred) and container orchestration with Kubernetes
  • Deep knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, and related ecosystems
  • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Comfortable leading cross-functional technical discussions and mentoring other engineers

Nice to have:

  • Experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities into internal tooling
  • Contributions to open-source projects in the platform or DevOps space
  • Prior experience in highly regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare) is a plus
What we offer:
  • Continuous professional development
  • Flexible working
  • Opportunities to grow within an inclusive and diverse environment
