Job Description:

Catalyst Partners are global change-makers on a mission to change the HR recruitment industry. Our Reward team are experts in placing Reward and People Analytics professionals from Analysts through to Directors and Heads of Reward. We're seeking a visionary senior recruiter to expand our Reward & People Analytics practice. This is a strategic role for a seasoned recruiter who thrives in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment and is ready to shape the future of HR recruitment.

Job Responsibility:

Client Development: Cultivate senior-level relationships and deliver retained and exclusive search solutions
Market Expansion: Leverage your network to grow our footprint across Financial Services and C&I
Thought Leadership: Represent Catalyst at industry events and contribute to our brand presence
Operational Excellence: Champion best practices, data-driven recruitment, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

A senior recruiter with a proven track record in Reward, People Analytics, or broader HR recruitment
Alternatively, an Associate Director-level or above recruiter from Accounting & Finance or C&I with a desire to specialise in HR
Experienced candidates with either perm or interim recruitment skillsets
A strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and leadership experience
A values-driven professional who thrives in a collaborative, high-performance culture
Experienced in 360 recruitment or executive search within an agency setting
