Job Description

The Associate Director (AD) of Project Management is responsible for delivering the operational components of Patient Support Services projects in support of our key objectives. The AD will lead readiness efforts across multiple functions, facilitating a consolidated view of key milestones & timelines as well as ensuring strategic & cross-functional communication. This position will interact with senior leadership and subject matter experts to develop solutions that improve process performance by increasing efficiency and ensuring a best-in-class team. This includes managing projects from end-to-end, such as launches, system enhancements, process assessments, requirements gathering, designing enhancements, communication, and training. The responsibilities will also include collaboration and partnership with the business units, training and change management teams as well as with our digital organization.

  • Lead Project Workstreams
  • Report out status updates to Project Teams and Leadership
  • Manage escalation of concerns/issues
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring awareness & management of interdependencies
  • Lead operational excellence initiatives to help drive process improvement and maintain timelines and deliverables
  • Project Management (development of project plans, status meetings, project reporting, etc.) across various projects
  • Document current state and future state business processes
  • Develop recommendations jointly with the business units, digital and senior leadership
  • Prepare and present findings and implementation plans to management
  • Proactively identify opportunities and best practices across business processes and technology solutions
  • Coordinate or develop and execute communication and training strategies in partnership with the change management and training teams
  • Drive continuous improvement to the business processes and systems across Sanofi Specialty Care

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Minimum of 5 years managing projects
  • Project Management expertise required
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel
