Job Description

In this role, you will elevate the overall operational health of a significant program portfolio, serving as a strategic partner to discipline leads. You are responsible for defining and implementing standards of Program Management excellence, mentoring mid-level managers, and driving scalable operational efficiency that directly contributes to the agency's quality of output and client experience.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of Program Management experience in a high-paced agency
  • Proven history of managing large-scale program portfolios and leading operational strategy
  • Demonstrated maturity, composure, and emotional resilience when navigating high-pressure situations, conflict, or scope challenges
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and conflict resolution abilities
  • Expertise in financial tracking, utilization, and resource management across multiple teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a team of mid-level program/project managers
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and strategic communication skills
  • Advanced experience with relevant industry certifications and tools
