Job Description:

Associate Director role in Product Development for iWPB Technology, focusing on driving product strategy, customer-centric approach, product lifecycle management, and operating model design for the iWPB Wallet Platform.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive execution of Product Management strategy and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
  • Lead development and enhancement of iWPB Wallet Platform
  • Drive customer-centric approach to product management
  • Empower iWPB Wallet Platform Product teams with skills to manage end-to-end product lifecycle
  • Upskill GBGF teams on product management practices
  • Provide thought leadership and build out Product Management practice capabilities
  • Design and test effective operating model
  • Implement iWPB Wallet Platform team product operating model
  • Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Monitor effectiveness of operating model
  • Work alongside key stakeholders to embed new cultures and ways of working
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in product management/ownership
  • Operating model design experience
  • Design thinking experience
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and growth
  • Direct experience in delivering and launching digital products and solutions (B2C, B2B)
  • Strong Business Analysis / Requirements skills
  • Experience delivering at various stages of the project lifecycle
  • Knowledge of Project Management, Business Analysis, and/or SDLC - ideally in an Agile / Scrum environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Coaching/training individuals and teams with varying levels of experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Aptitude to learn and quickly pick up new ideas
  • Comfortable with experimentation, testing ideas and sharing learnings
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and being outside comfort zone
  • Able to challenge thinking and influence across the organization
  • Strong team player with ability to collaborate effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Experience of winning hearts and minds and putting people at the heart of transformation
  • Proactive and willing to lead initiatives for improvement
  • Experience using a range of prioritization tools
  • Use of workflow management tools (e.g., Jira or Rally)
  • Communication and content creation skills (blogging, videos, public speaking, training)
