Join JLL as an Associate Director (or Director subject to experience) and take charge of complex valuation portfolios while leading high-performing teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes. This senior position combines technical valuation expertise with strategic leadership responsibilities. You'll drive superior client service, mentor developing talent, and contribute significantly to our business growth across diverse commercial property sectors.

Job Responsibility:

  • Exceed expectations through strategic client relationship management and proactive opportunity identification
  • Lead and develop Assistant Valuers and Valuers, ensuring optimal workload distribution and individual target achievement
  • Implement and maintain robust QA procedures while taking ownership of complex assignments
  • Drive new client prospecting, secure bank panel appointments, and strategically cross-sell JLL services
  • Lead sector discussions and enhance Value and Risk Advisory division capabilities

Requirements:

  • CPV qualified
  • Minimum 5 years' Value and Risk Advisory experience
  • Proven leadership capabilities with team management experience
