We’re partnering with a leading life sciences organization to support a global team focused on improving customer experience through omnichannel engagement. This role sits within a cross-functional group responsible for bringing marketing and communication campaigns to life across multiple digital and field channels. This is a highly collaborative role that blends strategy with hands-on execution – ideal for someone who enjoys working across teams, managing moving pieces, and ensuring campaigns are delivered smoothly end-to-end.
Job Responsibility
Act as the main point of contact for omnichannel campaign execution for a specific business unit
Partner with internal teams (marketing, analytics, IT, etc.) to translate ideas into live campaigns
Help coordinate and launch campaigns across channels like email, web, and CRM platforms
Ensure everything is set up properly before launch (content, data, systems, approvals, etc.)
Monitor campaigns once live and troubleshoot any issues that come up
Work closely with platform owners and external partners to keep execution on track
Maintain documentation and help improve processes over time
Requirements
7+ years of experience in omnichannel, digital marketing, or marketing operations
Experience in pharma, biotech, healthcare, or another regulated industry
Strong understanding of how multi-channel campaigns are executed (email, web, CRM, etc.)
Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
Exposure to marketing technologies (CRM, marketing automation tools, etc.)
Ability to manage campaign execution, QA, and launches end-to-end
Strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree required
Nice to have
Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Veeva, or similar tools
Experience supporting Medical Affairs or rare disease-focused teams
