Dawn Health is a leading digital health company enabling Life Science partners to build beautifully designed, high-reliability digital products at speed and in compliance with the highest quality standards. We are expanding our Commercial team with an experienced Associate Director Value Creation who will own a portfolio of impactful, scaled solutions end-to-end: shaping vision and strategy of new solutions, driving solution ideation and design in co-creation with our Life Science partners, delivering full-potential and scale of launched solutions, and partnering closely with our internal teams around product, design, clinical, regulatory, and operations to deliver and maintain best-in-class products.

Job Responsibility

  • Co-create the value proposition & design of solutions together with our Life Science Partners anchored in measurable outcomes for patients and our partners that can then be taken over by the Delivery teams to execute in highest quality
  • Own the unlocking of the full potential of each solution through data-driven continuous improvement efforts, facilitating platform-based innovation to further strengthen the solution and its impact as well as identifying opportunities for further scaling of each solution
  • Be the trusted partner to our Life Science Partners working hand-in-hand with them to assess impact & success of the solutions and formulating and jointly presenting the value story within the partner organization
  • Represent the customer voice & vision towards the internal organization to ensure our partners` needs are reflected in the product strategy and the delivery of our solutions is done with highest possible quality and consistency leveraging the industry-leading Dawn Health platform

Requirements

  • 7-10 years experience in either consulting, digital innovation or commercial strategy within start-up, consulting or Big Pharma environments
  • Excited about solving complex challenges through innovative solutions and then being hyper-focused on tactical execution to deliver the value
  • Strong ability to leverage large number of insights & quantitative information to dissect highest value opportunities and define priorities
  • Vast experience in client-facing or matrixed roles utilizing soft influence to drive programs and ensure alignment in complex settings
  • Determination to continuously find areas of opportunity to improve performance, execution and scale of our solutions to maximize impact and value creation
  • Exceptional communicator who is able to resolve complexity and always be anchored in common goals & objectives, both externally and internally
  • Min. Master’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Strategy, Engineering or Computer Science)
