We're hiring an Associate Director of Marketing to help lead and scale our global marketing function across brand, content, creative, and growth. This is a high-impact role for someone with a strong foundation in luxury hospitality and/or travel marketing. You know how to build a premium brand while driving measurable demand through paid, organic, and partner channels. You'll own day-to-day leadership of a globally distributed team of employees and contractors — designers, copywriters, photographers, social leads, performance marketers, and agency partners — and you'll be the connective tissue between brand storytelling, channel distribution (OTAs, direct, partnerships), and revenue. This role is for someone who is deeply fluent in AI, uses it every day to move faster and smarter, and can bring that operating leverage to a lean, high-output team.
Job Responsibility:
Day-to-day leadership of the marketing team across brand, creative (content, photography, social), and growth (performance, SEO, lifecycle, CRM)
Brand strategy, voice, and visual identity across every guest and homeowner touchpoint
Social media strategy and execution across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
Channel distribution marketing across 60+ OTAs
Integrated campaign planning tied to seasonality, market launches, new property onboarding, and the boutique hotel portfolio
Content and photography production systems — how we capture, edit, and deploy creative at scale across 3,000+ properties
Team leadership across multiple time zones: coaching, performance management, and vendor/agency selection
Budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting to senior leadership
AI-native workflows across the team — deploying tools for content generation, creative production, media buying, analytics, and operational efficiency
Requirements:
5+ years of marketing experience, with meaningful time spent in luxury hospitality and/or travel (luxury short-term/vacation rentals, boutique hotels, or adjacent premium travel brands)
Hands-on expertise across social media, brand management, and channel/distribution marketing
Direct experience with OTA channel management (Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.)
Experience contributing to or building brands in a premium/luxury context
Experience managing distributed teams, contractors, and/or agency partners across creative and growth disciplines
Fluency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and a clear point of view on how AI reshapes a modern marketing org
Must be able to work US business hours (Pacific, Central, or Eastern time)
Must have excellent written and spoken English (near-native)
