Job Description

The Associate Director of Graduate Enrollment Marketing and Communications is responsible for supporting recruitment and enrollment of the university’s graduate programs by developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that attracts and enrolls top-tier graduate students, all while enhancing our brand and strengthening our digital presence.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy to attract and enroll students in graduate programs
  • Serve as lead on content development across all channels
  • Oversee graduate enrollment marketing projects from inception through completion
  • Coordinate the prioritization of marketing requests
  • Manage, mentor, and develop the Email Marketing Specialist and any student workers
  • Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead the strategy and execution of email marketing initiatives
  • Serve as the primary administrator for the graduate admissions webpages
  • Utilize analytics tools to track performance, analyze user behavior, and optimize campaigns

  • Lead Admissions Committee on all related application process decisions
  • Maintain and continuously improve high standards for the school-wide holistic admission review process
  • Generate and utilize ongoing analysis of holistic admission process including effects of variables on matriculation
  • Work collaboratively with faculty and School of Nursing Committees to oversee admissions policies
  • Manage net tuition revenue targets
