The Associate Director of Business Operations is a senior management role responsible for overseeing daily operations, financial management, and strategic planning within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and experience in optimizing business processes. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration is required, along with at least 10 years of relevant experience. Job Responsibility:
Establishes and optimizes day-to-day operational activities, including revenue and sales growth, expense, cost and margin control and monthly, quarterly and annual financial goal management
Leads efforts to develop and improve through efficient and effective integrated processes, implementing common management processes/services to leverage organizational resources
Directs operations review of cost and service structures, productivity measures and delivery methods to achieve planned targets
Manages and oversees the day-to-day operations to meet budget and other financial goals
Supports with development and implementation of a system to track and report on the progress of strategic plan implementation
Ensures that all department heads are fully informed of the operational objectives of the business
Participates in the design and development of operational processes, policies and improvements related to these processes for each department in their domain
Ensures that operational activities comply with organizational requirements for quality management, legal stipulations and general duty of care
Advises the management team and/or department heads on key planning issues and make recommendations on important business decisions
Facilitates regular meetings with department heads to ensure that operational objectives are achieved
Implements all tactical human resource procedures, managing and leading team(s), setting goals and managing performance accordingly.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field
Extended experience gained within a similar senior leadership role preferably within a similar global organization
Extended hands-on experience in strategic planning, and business operations
Extended leadership skills with excellent work ethic
Extended experience with successfully managing budgets
Leadership skills with creative and financial acumen coupled with strong business intellect necessary for taking the business to the next level
Extended ability at interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written
Extended business acumen, financial expertise, and strategic planning skills
Extended problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate with senior leadership at a strategic and tactical level
Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions
Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively and delegate

Extended knowledge of big data analysis and performance/operation metrics
