As part of their business expansion, they are looking for an Associate Director, Marketing to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and market penetration for a fast-growing trading platform.

Partner closely with the Head of Marketing to shape and operationalise integrated marketing strategies across the region
Act as deputy lead for the marketing function, stepping in to represent the department when required
Translate high-level strategic direction into actionable plans, ensuring alignment across performance, brand, and customer acquisition initiatives
Own the regional digital roadmap across Search, Display, Paid Social, Affiliates, SEO, and mobile channels
Drive high-impact performance campaigns focused on lead generation, conversion optimisation, and ROI maximisation
Strengthen and evolve the brand identity across all customer-facing channels
Ensure consistency of messaging, tone, and visual identity across campaigns and assets
Mentor junior marketers, providing guidance on best practices, campaign execution, and analytical thinking
Deliver detailed reporting on campaign performance, ROI, and market insights
Identify growth opportunities through data-driven analysis and competitive benchmarking
Requirements
Min 10+ years of marketing experience, ideally in brokerage, fintech, trading platforms, or banking
Deep expertise in digital, performance, and growth marketing
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to convert insights into actionable strategies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
