Join a global banking group as an Associate Director of Marketing & Communications, where you will drive high-impact B2B strategies in corporate and investment banking (B2B). This role offers the opportunity to shape regional thought leadership and manage sophisticated stakeholder relationships within a prestigious, growth-oriented environment. You will overseeing integrated campaigns that bridge the gap between complex financial insights and institutional client engagement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and oversee the annual marketing and communications roadmap for the Corporate Banking and Professional Services divisions
  • Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex financial data and market trends into compelling whitepapers, articles, and keynote content
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior business heads, ensuring marketing initiatives align with commercial revenue goals
  • Oversee LinkedIn strategy, webinars, and targeted ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns to nurture institutional client leads
  • Manage regional marketing budgets, ensuring high ROI on sponsorship and event participation

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10–12 years in Marketing Communications
  • At least 5 years in a leadership capacity within Corporate Banking, Financial Services, or Professional Services (Legal/Consulting)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • MBA is highly regarded
  • Cantonese will be the main language of communications
  • Exceptional command of English
