Job Responsibility
Innovation Pipeline Management: Lead the development and execution of the innovation pipeline for Baxter's Adult Clinical Nutrition products, ensuring alignment with market needs and company strategy
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Utilize insights to inform product development and positioning strategies
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with R&D, marketing, regulatory, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive alignment and support for innovation initiatives
Product Development: Oversee the product development process from ideation to commercialization, ensuring that products meet regulatory requirements and quality standards. Develop product specifications and manage timelines effectively
Customer Engagement: Engage with healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders to gather feedback and insights that inform product enhancements and new product development
Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of strategic plans for the Adult Clinical Nutrition portfolio, including pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance post-launch, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess success and identify areas for improvement
Training and Support: Provide training and support to sales teams and other stakeholders on new products and innovations, ensuring they are equipped to effectively communicate product benefits to customers
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nutrition, Business, or related field
MBA or advanced degree preferred
7+ years of product management experience in healthcare or nutrition
clinical nutrition experience a plus
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate market insights into product strategies
Proficient in market research methods and tools to assess trends, customers, and competition
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross‑functional environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
