Job Description

This role supports the global development and execution of market access and pricing strategies across key international regions. It drives HTA and pricing submissions, supports successful product launches, and ensures long‑term access and sustainability in diverse markets. The position also partners closely with pricing experts and cross‑functional teams to shape strong payer value stories and maintain competitive pricing strategies. Overall, it plays a critical part in securing and optimizing reimbursement pathways for the company’s portfolio.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the Head of Global Market Access & Pricing in developing market access strategies across multiple countries, including the EU, Nordics, UK, Ireland, and Central & Eastern Europe
  • Manage HTA and pricing submissions from preparation through delivery
  • Drive market access initiatives to enable successful product launch, uptake, and long‑term sustainability
  • Collaborate with pricing consultants to support pricing analyses, recommendations, and implementation
  • Monitor market access landscapes and policy changes to anticipate risks and opportunities
  • Coordinate cross‑functional input (Medical, Regulatory, Marketing, Finance) for submissions and access strategies
  • Support the development of value dossiers, reimbursement arguments, and payer‑relevant materials
  • Track pricing and reimbursement status across regions and maintain up‑to‑date internal documentation
  • Contribute to budget impact models, cost‑effectiveness analyses, and payer evidence needs
  • Assist in preparing materials for payer meetings, advisory boards, and negotiation preparations
  • Support internal governance processes related to pricing decisions and market access strategy
  • Ensure alignment between global, regional, and local market access strategies
  • Gather competitor intelligence related to pricing, HTA outcomes, and reimbursement pathways
  • Contribute to launch planning activities with a focus on access and affordability
  • Provide project management support to ensure timely delivery of access‑related milestones

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in health economics, economics, public health, medicine, or pharmacy
  • Extensive experience in market access or health economics, with knowledge of reimbursement systems across major European HTA markets (England, Ireland, Nordics, Netherlands)
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving abilities
  • Proven experience developing market access strategies and leading reimbursement negotiations in key EU markets
  • Strong understanding of health economic modelling, evidence‑based medicine, and HTA processes
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience supporting evidence‑generation projects for Market Access
  • Familiarity with innovative reimbursement approaches (Managed Access Agreements, outcomes‑based agreements, innovative contracting)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and relationship‑building skills with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to stay composed and effective under pressure
  • Positive, proactive, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
