Your mission: Work with HQ and Affiliate to identify, execute, and continuously refine market strategies of the company in the Biopharma industry. Establishing and nurturing relationship and network with the China innovation ecosystem while creating the awareness of Midas as a global development and commercialization partner. Support Chinese biotech companies targeting to enter the European territory by offering complete package of services, such as regulatory, distribution, licensing, MA Holder ship, Pharmacovigilance, QP Release services, etc. Keep close contact with inside and outside stakeholders, organize and facilitate meetings, demos, and conference calls to ensure smooth communication and timely follow-up of each project. Continuously monitors and performs systematic landscaping of the external innovation space in China to identifying BD opportunities, informed about industry trends and competitive landscape, Generates and builds extensive local network in the Biotech and Biopharma community and communicates with external partners. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to present our services and products, enhancing our visibility and credibility in Biopharma industry.

Requirements:
Strong Professional Background, preferably Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or Pharmacy, PhD or MBA preferred.
10+ Years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical/Biotech industry with at least 5 years in Business Development role and focus on regulated market, Deep knowledge and understanding of EU & cGMP and EU/US FDA regulatory requirements.
Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work effectively in cross-cultural environment.
Being familiar with the biotech scene in China, well connected in the biologics/pharma business landscape in China and having access to a brought professional network, Biotechnology Deal track record is a must.
Good commercial understanding and Excellent communication abilities with an adaptable approach for diverse audiences.
Chinese native with fluency in English required

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
