Job Responsibility:

  • Act as a hands-on lead developer, guiding the team in designing, developing, and deploying high-quality software solutions
  • Provide technical mentorship to a team of multiple teams of developers, ensuring best practices in coding, design, and architecture
  • Drive the adoption of modern development frameworks, tools, and methodologies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technical and customer needs, aligning them with the product vision
  • Take ownership of greenfield projects, leading them from inception to production release
  • Ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that meet business requirements
  • Architect and implement solutions using Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Integration
  • Design and integrate secure authentication mechanisms using OAuth 2.0
  • Develop and maintain robust data storage solutions using MongoDB
  • Leverage AWS services to build and deploy cloud-native applications
  • Implement containerized solutions using Kubernetes for scalability and reliability
  • Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to ensure smooth deployment processes
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA engineers, and operations teams
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and technical challenges

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of hands-on experience in 5 or more of the following technologies: Java
  • Spring Framework (including Spring Integration)
  • OAuth 2.0
  • MongoDB
  • AWS
  • Kubernetes
  • Jenkins Pipeline
  • Proven experience leading a team of multiple teams of developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment
  • Ability to mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
  • Strong product owner mentality, with a focus on understanding technical and customer needs while aligning with the product vision
  • Experience in delivering greenfield projects from concept to production release
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • Experience with microservices architecture
  • Familiarity with other cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP)
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular)
