Job Description

Walker Sands is looking for an Associate Director, Content to help lead and evolve how we deliver content that drives meaningful business outcomes for B2B brands. This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who brings both strategic perspective and hands-on expertise in demand generation content. You’ll work closely with our paid media, strategy, analytics and other teams to plan and execute content that supports integrated campaigns from early engagement through conversion. You’ll play a central role in shaping demand generation content programs, guiding clients and teams, and ensuring the work we deliver is not only well-crafted, but effective.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead Demand Generation Content Strategy
  • Develop content strategies that support integrated demand generation campaigns and conversion goals

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B content, including strong exposure to demand generation
  • Experience developing campaign-driven content such as email, landing pages and lead generation assets

  • Confidence presenting ideas and recommendations to clients
  • Experience managing or mentoring others
