We are seeking an experienced Associate Director with workplace, change transformation and program management experience to provide Consulting services to a leading client in the Financial Services sector.
Job Responsibility:
Contribute to the delivery of consulting projects, driving measurable outcomes for clients
Ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction
Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients, proactively addressing tactical issues and anticipating future needs
Stay abreast of trends related to workplace and change transformation
Support program‑level communication plans, reporting cycles, and steering committees
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for clients
Requirements:
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and influence executive-level audiences
Strong project management skills and experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
Understands how physical space impacts business outcomes like productivity, talent attraction, and operational efficiency
Basic understanding of space planning, design principles, and FF&E
Structured, detail‑oriented approach with strong analytical skills
Ability to operate in complex, fast‑paced and regulated environments
Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree in a relevant field preferred
At least 5 years of relevant experience in consulting or industry roles related to workplace and change transformation
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Nice to have:
Familiarity with regulatory, audit, or risk‑controlled environments an advantage
Experience supporting or operating within a PMO, program office, or large change portfolio, with a background in governance, portfolio reporting, or financial oversight preferred
