Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director with workplace, change transformation and program management experience to provide Consulting services to a leading client in the Financial Services sector.

Job Responsibility:

  • Contribute to the delivery of consulting projects, driving measurable outcomes for clients
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients, proactively addressing tactical issues and anticipating future needs
  • Stay abreast of trends related to workplace and change transformation
  • Support program‑level communication plans, reporting cycles, and steering committees
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for clients

Requirements:

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and influence executive-level audiences
  • Strong project management skills and experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
  • Understands how physical space impacts business outcomes like productivity, talent attraction, and operational efficiency
  • Basic understanding of space planning, design principles, and FF&E
  • Structured, detail‑oriented approach with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to operate in complex, fast‑paced and regulated environments
  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree in a relevant field preferred
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in consulting or industry roles related to workplace and change transformation
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with regulatory, audit, or risk‑controlled environments an advantage
  • Experience supporting or operating within a PMO, program office, or large change portfolio, with a background in governance, portfolio reporting, or financial oversight preferred
