Job Responsibility:

  • Lead high-value fit-out and refurbishment projects across the commercial office sector
  • Play a strategic role in both project delivery and business growth
  • Operate across multiple Central London locations
  • Manage key client relationships

  • Oversee delivery of fit-out and refurbishment projects at a strategic level

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline (Construction Management, Project Management, or similar)
  • Chartered (MRICS or equivalent)
  • Proven track record delivering commercial office fit-out and refurbishment projects within Central London
  • Strong leadership, business development, and client-facing experience
  • Commercial awareness
  • Ability to manage complex projects
  • Experience mentoring and developing teams
  • Prior construction consultancy experience
