Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to own and drive the ongoing success of our Complex Care Programs. Reporting to the VP of Specialty Care, this role will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership, execution, and continuous improvement of Complex Care initiatives. The Associate Director will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure programs are delivered effectively, scaled sustainably, and aligned with business and clinical outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own strategic and operational planning and execution to launch and optimize our newest Complex Care offerings
  • Monitor end-to-end program performance using a data-driven approach
  • consistently represent the health of the program, as well as requirements for improvement
  • Develop capacity and budget models and advocate for the operational resources needed to support new programs
  • Develop and maintain strategic partner relationships to deliver the best member experience, expand capabilities, and unlock new potential
  • Partner with Strategy, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure that new Complex Care initiatives are accurately and effectively positioned in the market
  • Support Product and Engineering in the design and implementation of new technology features

Requirements:

  • Deep experience in operations, healthcare and strategy with proven ability translating business needs into effective, scalable initiatives
  • Not afraid of getting your hands dirty and are equally comfortable balancing high-level operational strategy and in-the-weeds tactical implementation
  • Experience partnering with clinicians
  • 5+ years of cross-functional experience in a high-growth environment
