Job Description:

Gupta Media is seeking an Associate Director, Client Services to lead key D2C and subscription-growth clients across brand, go-to-market, and integrated marketing strategy. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, shaping brand direction, guiding cross-channel campaigns, and driving measurable performance while ensuring account stability, quality of work, and smart growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Translate business goals into integrated campaigns spanning media, creative, content, and customer journey strategy
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a strategic partner who anticipates needs and brings clear direction
  • Manage cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, high-performing work across media, creative, and strategy
  • Develop clear briefs, POVs, insights, and recommendations that move brands forward
  • Lead workshops, presentations, and strategic discussions with senior stakeholders
  • Identify growth opportunities and support new business efforts through thoughtful guidance and strong storytelling
  • Ensure account health through clear communication, organization, resource alignment, and fiscal management

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience, including in an agency or in-house agency environment, leading integrated brand, digital, and go-to-market strategies, preferably for D2C or subscription brands
  • Strong strategic thinker able to turn business goals and insights into clear marketing, creative, and audience direction
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and customer journey strategy
  • Deep Account Management expertise with proven success owning client relationships, running complex workstreams, and maintaining account health and growth
  • Exceptional client relationship leader with executive presence and proven success guiding senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communicator with strong organizational skills and a growth-oriented, proactive approach
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the US for at least 3 years
