Job Responsibility:
Spearheading business development efforts to grow the Civil Engineering division in Perth
Be responsible for growing, leading, mentoring and inspiring the Civil Engineering team in Perth by fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
Provide expert technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and innovative engineering solutions
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Proven track record in business development, with experience in growing engineering divisions or practices
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Extensive experience in delivering civil engineering projects across a variety of sectors
Strong technical expertise and up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively
