Perth Our Perth office is embedded in Western Australia’s infrastructure and resources landscape, supporting projects across metropolitan Perth and regional WA. The team works closely with long-standing clients in transport, resources, ports and the built environment, delivering practical solutions suited to remote locations, complex logistics and demanding delivery programs. You will be part of a collaborative team working on projects that matter in one of Australia’s most dynamic markets.

Job Responsibility:

  • Spearheading business development efforts to grow the Civil Engineering division in Perth
  • Be responsible for growing, leading, mentoring and inspiring the Civil Engineering team in Perth by fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
  • Provide expert technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and innovative engineering solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Proven track record in business development, with experience in growing engineering divisions or practices
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Extensive experience in delivering civil engineering projects across a variety of sectors
  • Strong technical expertise and up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively
