Carrier is seeking a highly experienced and visionary AI Leader to drive the strategic direction and execution of AI initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have 15-22 years of experience in AI and related fields, with a proven track record of leading global AI projects and teams. This role will be pivotal in harnessing AI to enhance our product offerings, optimize operations, and deliver superior customer experiences.

Requirements
