Job Description:

Leadership opportunity within an established team at ADG Engineers. The role involves delivering innovative and sustainable structural engineering solutions, focusing on value engineering, performance efficiencies, and seamless collaboration with project stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

Manage projects and future work pipeline
Interface with key clients
Conduct business development activities
Develop and mentor a team

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
Chartered member (CPEng) of Institute of Engineers Australia
Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ)
15+ years demonstrated experience in structural engineering
Strong understanding of Australian design codes and standards
Demonstrated experience at a senior level of project design and commercial outcomes for projects
Experience in writing tenders and proposals, leading projects and communicating with clients
An innovative and out of the box attitude to solutions and designs
Ability to critically assess and review designs by others
Ability to develop their own team and client base
Ability to win work with support from the Structures Team
