Requirements

BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, or a related field (highly preferred)
Minimum 2 years of prior experience in project coordination or project management in any industry (required)
Agency experience preferred
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project, or equivalent)
Strong communication and organizational skills for data analysis and presenting actionable insights
Familiarity with organizational work processes and the ability to support business changes
Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure projects stay on track
Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders
Detail-oriented and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proven ability to manage competing priorities effectively while meeting deadlines

Job Responsibility

Support the project management team in defining project scopes, timelines, and deliverables
Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met
Monitor project progress, addressing potential risks or delays with appropriate stakeholders
Manage the intake, prioritization, and organization of creative asset requests
Oversee projects with deliverables such as packaging, digital design, photography, social, and video across multiple brands
Ensure the accurate delivery and archiving of completed creative assets
Proactively identify and troubleshoot project roadblocks or conflicts
Collaborate with functional teams to support business process changes
Participate in cross-functional and departmental meetings to provide project updates and gather insights
Interface with internal clients to gather project information, coordinate timing, provide updates, and set expectations

5-7 years of experience in digital project or program management, with ownership over large engagements or multi-track workstreams
Experience managing single projects with budgets of $1M+ from end to end
Deep understanding of performance marketing - Digital marketing strategy and media planning, SEA, Social advertising, Programmatic advertising, SEO, content & analytics

Job Responsibility

Manage mid-sized to large-scale digital campaigns with agency budgets typically ranging from $500K to $1M+
Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resourcing plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Drive end-to-end execution, from kick-off to delivery, ensuring work is delivered on time, on brief, and within budget
Identify risks, resolve blockers, and escalate challenges early with solution-oriented thinking
Monitor and manage project financials including estimates, actuals, ETC (Estimate to Complete), and EAC (Estimate at Completion)
Anticipate risks and blockers
proactively resolve issues or escalate as needed
Identify opportunities to streamline project workflows and reduce operational friction
Collaborate with internal teams to evolve delivery processes, templates, and ways of working
Support the integration of new tools or practices that improve efficiency and cross-discipline collaboration
