Job Description:

A forward-thinking, bespoke fire engineering consultancy is seeking an Associate Director to head up their Bristol team and play a key role in leading projects, managing clients, and driving the continued success of the business.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the delivery of complex fire engineering projects across diverse sectors
Oversee and mentor a team of fire engineers
Act as a trusted advisor to clients
Take responsibility for project and team performance
Contribute to business development
Work closely with Directors on strategic planning and resource management

Requirements:

Degree in Fire Engineering or a related engineering discipline
Significant experience within a fire consultancy environment
Chartered Engineer status (or the equivalent), ideally with IFE or similar professional recognition
Strong leadership and management skills
Experience mentoring and guiding teams
Excellent client-facing and business development skills
