The Associate, Digital will be responsible for building and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple buying platforms, as well as communicating in a proactive, professional manner.
Job Responsibility:
Launch, track and adjust the performance of real-time bidding, paid search, and paid social media campaigns
Schedule and traffic creative
Create tracking pixels and troubleshoot technical issues
Ensure brand safety and pixel integrity across accounts
Develop deep understanding of clients’ business and objectives
Assist in creating digital media strategies for new client campaigns
Provide reports and updates to internal and external clients as needed
Keep up with industry trends and best practices
Collaborate, communicate and share best practices across the organization
Cooperatively take on other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
Detail-oriented
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Desire to continually learn and improve
Ability to work well within a team as well as self-manage under deadlines
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to work traditional and non-traditional office hours as needed
