In partnership with the Enterprise Data Office and across GCS, CoDO is tasked with building new, innovative data solutions for our customers, while adhering to regulations and data management best practices.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with stake holders, gathering requirements, working with technology for development and finally delivering solutions to our customers
Analyze and conceptualize end-to-end user journey, focusing on enhanced experience and data access controls in partnership with various stakeholders
Thorough understanding of current CoDO capabilities and linkages to other commercial data and products/capabilities to suggest optimization & modernization
Understand business objectives, convert it to data requirements & technical needs and get it implemented by technology using agile framework
Partner with AXP data office to build new & innovative services for our customers by leveraging enterprise tools, processes, technical expertise and policies
Participate in project team meetings and communicate effectively with peers, architects, system analysts, project managers & others, reporting project status as required
Participating and Agile ceremonies like daily standup, sprint planning and change etc.
Monitoring user stories and ensuring timely completion of the same
Partner and align with business partners to provide quality solutions and alternatives that meet customer requirements and project deliverables
Flawless execution of development, validation & implementation of data capabilities & automated solutions
Deliver high quality & accurate data capabilities results in timely manner
Understanding and anticipating the customer’s needs to manage the development/delivery process more effectively
Accountable for the Agile delivery framework
Tracking progress and sharing updates to ensure stakeholder satisfaction
Requirements:
1-3 years of relevant experience as product / business analyst
Experience with Agile Scrum process and principles
Experience in requirement gathering, data management, processing, project tracking and documentation
Strong change orientation, creative thinking and effective in being part of flexible agile teams
MBA or Bachelor/Advanced degree in science, computer science, information technology, information management
Strong problem-solving and excellent written & verbal communication
Experience in product development & solution designing
Ability to multi-task with high precision & quality delivery
Experience in working with technology to drive capability build & automation
Ability to independently drive, track and ensure accurate delivery
Working knowledge of Global Commercial Services data and platforms is a plus
JIRA for User Stories and Agile Scrum Management
Confluence, MS Word & PowerPoint for documentation
MS Excel knowledge and SQL/Hive for data analysis
ML experience a plus but not compulsory
Knowledge of SQL/Hive for product data analysis
Knowledge of Oracle Database
